It feels good to eat well 
Follow Claire's top tips to a heathly diet and lifestyle
Breakfast
 
1- 2 eggs, poached, boiled or scrambled with fresh tomatoes and mushrooms with or without Gluten-free toast.
1 glass of freshly squeezed apple, carrot and celery juice.
 
or
 
Rice and Millet Porridge made with lactose-free, goat's, rice or almond milk ADD in blueberries, chopped apple or pear and some sunflower seeds.
1 glass of freshly squeezed pear and ginger juice.
 
or
 
Gluten-free muesli with lactose-free, goat's, rice or almond milk ADD in some berries and natural bio-yogurt.
1 glass of freshly squeezed apple and mixed berry juice.
 
or
 
A large bowl of fresh fruit salad, with natural bio-yogurt and some mixed seed and nuts.
1 glass of freshly squeezed celery, carrot, apple and ginger juice.
 
 
TIPS:
It is a good idea to have the juice first before eating the main part of your breakfast, as it is very quick and easy to digest.A lot of people have problems with too much gluten, lactose and even oranges, so these recipes avoid all of these, but provide you with lots of healthy nutrients .
